In Store Returns:

No Receipt No Return.

No returns on clearance items.

Return must be within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in the same condition as when you purchased them.

Items cannot be used, damaged, missing barcode/ upc tag, unpackaged etc.

Large wreaths and trees must be in their boxes (boxes cannot be damaged)

Write an RA# on your receipt and place it in the box, the RA# will be your order # followed by the date you ship the items back. No need to contact the store to make a return, just make sure your return meets the requirements above (or the return will not be accepted).
